Davis Hall is located at 9217 51st Avenue,
College Park. The Club's offices are located on the second floor,
accessed by the exterior stairway.
How
do I get to Davis Hall?
From University Boulevard, turn north
onto Rhode Island Avenue. Make the second right onto Blackfoot
Place (the street that runs along the south side of Duvall Field).
proceed to the end of the street where is dead ends at 51st Avenue.
Turn left and proceed to the Stop sign, turn right into the parking
lot of Davis Hall.
From Edgewood Road, travel south
on Rhode Island Avenue toward Route 193, University Boulevard.
Turn left onto Indian Lane. Proceed to the Stop sign at 51st Avenue.
Davis Hall is directly across the street.
What Do you Need to
Bring to Registration?
First time Club members need to bring
the following:
1. A copy,
not the original, of the child's birth certificate (or other
official documentation of the child's name and date of birth)
2. A recent,
full face photograph (such as a school picture) to be attached to the
County registration document,
3. Proof of
residency, and
4. A check
or money order to cover the individual sport fees and any annual mandatory
fees (if not already paid for the current year).
Club and County registration materials
must be filed out before a child can participate. These forms
are available through the Club at the time of registration.
Returning Club members (current yellow
cards and county registration) are only required bring pay their applicable
sport fees at time of registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beginning
in the fall 2003, the county began overhauling its registration system.
Because of this, it is necessary for returning members to provide the
club with a copy of their birth certificate, an executed county
registration card ("white card"), and Yellow Card. Members
who participated in Fall 2003 sports - Football, Cheerleading,
and soccer - have already completed this process.
What are the costs?
For every child there is a mandatory
annual County fee of $20. This is paid once a year, beginning
in the spring. If you child participated in a spring
sport this year, then that fee should have been paid then and is not
due again until next year.
The Club requires that at least one
parent or guardian pay the adult fee for each family. This is
$10 for the family.
Individual Sport fees vary and are in
addition to the mandatory annual fees.

Soccer (Spring and Fall $45 each)
Baseball $45

Family Max $300
Adult Membership $10 per family
(Includes
up to 3 adults who reside with child--parents, guardians, stepparents
or relatives)
Deposits
for Uniforms: $0-$150 (varies at discretion of Commissioners and Equipment
Manager)
Note: County Dues changed to $20.
