What Do you Need to Bring to Registration?

First time Club members need to bring the following:

     1. A copy, not the original, of the child's birth certificate (or other official documentation of the child's name and date of birth)

    2.  A recent, full face photograph (such as a school picture) to be attached to the County registration document,

    3.  Proof of residency, and

    4.  A check or money order to cover the individual sport fees and any annual mandatory fees (if not already paid for the current year).

Club and County registration materials must be filed out before a child can participate.  These forms are available through the Club at the time of registration.

Returning Club members (current yellow cards and county registration) are only required bring pay their applicable sport fees at time of registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Beginning in the fall 2003, the county began overhauling its registration system.  Because of this, it is necessary for returning members to provide the club with a copy of their birth certificate, an executed county registration card ("white card"), and Yellow Card.  Members who participated in Fall 2003 sports  - Football, Cheerleading, and soccer - have already completed this process.

What are the costs?

For every child there is a mandatory annual County fee of $20.  This is paid once a year, beginning in the spring.   If you child participated in a spring sport this year, then that fee should have been paid then and is not due again until next year.

The Club requires that at least one parent or guardian pay the adult fee for each family.  This is $10 for the family.

Individual Sport fees vary and are in addition to the mandatory annual fees.
