Award Nomination

At the end of each year we normally turn our attention to recognizing the achievements of our members. Well, 2008 is coming to an end and it is that time of the year again.

There are awards for athletic achievement & sportsmanship, as well as the Mayors' award, which are based on academic achievement and community service. Please take the time to recognize a child you may have noticed during the past year. Your nomination makes a difference.

Nominations may be made by any registered member of the club, adult or youth. Please include as much information as possible for each nomination. This makes the job of the committee much easier. If you are unsure of particular information ask a coach or parent, but do not hesitate to nominate anyone you feel deserves recognition. *NOTE: Awards that do not receive an adequate number of nominations may not be awarded.

Please submit the nominations by December 24, 2008.

Here you will find nomination forms for the College Park Boys & Girls Club major awards.
